As an instructional designer, my true passion lies in utilizing the power of learning to drive transformative change, empowering both individuals and organizations alike.   With years of experience in creating and developing learning experiences for diverse groups, I am dedicated to finding the optimal solution that caters to the needs of both stakeholders and learners.

I have extensive experience in utilizing various training methods, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT), and eLearning. When designing my training programs, I collaborate with stakeholders, incorporate adult learning theory and employ models such as ADDIE and backwards design to ensure effectiveness. To enhance the learning experience, I proficiently employ tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Vyond, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite, enabling me to bring projects to life.  I possess a strong aptitude for technology and excel in integrating the most suitable and efficient technology tools into my projects. 

As a life long learner, I'm continually seeking opportunities to improve and grow. Whether listening to a podcast, attending a webinar or consulting with an expert, I enjoy expanding my skill set. 

Outside of work, I enjoy being with my family and living life to its fullest. My husband and two sons are my greatest supporters.
